Ben:今天，David，我们要学习出国旅游时入住酒店的基本英语。出去玩，尤其是自助游，是很疲倦的，洗个澡，
舒舒服服睡一觉，是出国旅游时让人最惬意的啦。
David:是的。关于酒店入住的知识有很多。网上预定、入住、结账离开等。那我们从哪里入手呢？
Ben:一般国外酒店需要提前网上预定，现在，我们人已经在国外了。所以，今天就学习办理酒店入住吧。办理入住
手续时，一般要问一下酒店的服务和退房事宜，这样也能对酒店多一些了解。
David:另外，我们国内游客朋友出国时需要注意以下几点：1、睡衣、洗浴用品和毛巾最好还是用自己的；2、酒店
虽有保险箱，但是贵重物品最好还是随身保管；3、酒店服务很多，一定要问清楚哪些是免费的、哪些是收
费的，以免最后有纠纷，让旅途不愉快。
