                                        一、课程设置

                                Curriculum Arrangement

     根据企业实际需求,我们推出各种满足不同企业需求的课程:

      According to corporate real demands, we offer various courses to meet corporate needs.

第一、实用英语口语。分为初、中、高级。

 Practical Oral English. This course includes preliminary level, middle level and advanced level respectively.

第二、商务英语。包含有商务写作、商务谈判、办公英语等课程。

 Business English. This course mainly includes Business Writing, Business Negotiation and Office English.

   

                      二、教学方式及特色          
                           Teaching Methods 

    根据我们多年的教学经验,我们在口语教学过程中总结出“阶段教学法”。每一阶段都有不同的教学内容和
教学方式,使学员时时感到新鲜感,保持浓厚的英语学习兴趣,循序渐进地提高英语口语实际运用能力。

  From training, we have summarized the step by step methodology in oral English teaching. We will adopt
different teaching contents and teaching methods to make English new to trainees, keep their interests in
studying English and gradually improve their ability to use English.

                  教学特色

1、采用交际教学法进行英语教学

在交际教学法里,教与学的过程是教师和学生、学生和学生相互依赖、相互帮助、相互促进的过程。教师的
主要任务是激发学生的学习兴趣、驱除心理障碍、帮助学生掌握英语学习规律。

2、组织互助组,创造用英语说话的环境让不同英语水平的的学生互相帮助,结成互助组,让他们相互带动,
设置不同场景,积极参与,共同提高。

3、多样化的学习方式

     课堂实际体验和课外微信在线课程相结合。除了课堂面授指导学生,我们还充分运用现代网络技术手段,
结合微信在线教学,让学员充分利用大量课后时间在线师生互动, 让英语浸入到生活工、作中来,随时随地
练习口语。   

4、科学测评体系

      构建科学、合理、实效的学员水平评估体系,从学前、中阶和期末不同学习阶段真实、准确地让学生
了解学习进度和学习效果,不断调整其学习规划与建议。

5、完整的分层教学体系

    我们构筑了自己特有的英语标准课程体系,该课程体系由易到难分成八个不同课程级别,从而满足不同
基础学员的不同的学习需求。  

6、中外教联合授课

   中教与外教联合备课、授课是我们的教育传统。中教研究中国学员学习特点、传授综合基础知识,外教
传播外国文化、提高学生英语口语实战能力。    

7、完善的课后学习服务

     课后学习服务是我们多年来一直坚持的必备工作。课后及时、有效的复习、巩固是对课堂学习效果的
延展与深化。长期以来,我们坚持在线课后作业辅导、追踪,让学员及时反馈学习情况,以便发现课堂学
习的问题与不足,同时督促学员课后主动、积极学习。

 

                              三、为公司度身定做外语课程

不同企业对外语培训需求程度不同,培训内容也不尽相同。为更好的服务于企业,特推出适合企业实际情
况的外语课程。它具有以下几个特点:

Each company has different foreign language training demands from the aspects of level and content.
To better serve corporations, we specially arrange the courses fit for corporate reality. The course has
the following features.
第一、 是根据企业自身特色、员工实际外语基础,为企业量身定制。

Tailor-made course for corporations according to corporate features and employee’s genuine English level.
第二、 为员工提供个人学习建议及计划,使员工有针对性的进行学习,保证学习效率。

Provide employees with individual advice and plan of studying English, which can guide employee’s study
and guaranty study efficiency.
第三、 使企业员工接受长期稳定、循序渐进的外语培训,有利于保证员工外语学习的连续性。

Ensure that employees can gain foreign language training stably and gradually in a long run, which can
prompt the continuity of employee’s foreign language study.
第四、 是企业员工晋升的重要条件之一,有利于激发员工英语学习的积极性。

Training of this sort is one of the important grounds in employee’s promotion, which  helps prompt employee’s
initiatives to study English.

  

                   四、 培训(工作)过程

                        Training Procedure

第一步、 公司培训需求分析。我们的教师以运用专业知识,从公司要求及培训目标等方面入手帮助企业挖掘实际
的培训需求,并据此提供培训方案建议,提高培训效率和质量。

Analysis of corporate training needs. Teachers will professionally help corporations study their real training needs
from the aspects of corporate requirements and training targets, and offer training plans and suggestions to enhance
training efficiency and quality.

第二步、 外语水平测试。入学测试分为口试和笔试两部分。其中笔试主要测试单词量及语法的综合水平,口试则
测试口语表达的能力及常用情景对话能力。针对企业的自身特色、行业特性,以及员工实际的外语水平,为企业
量身定制适合的培训方案。

English level test. English level test is divided into two parts (an oral English test and a written test). Written test
mainly examines the employee’s comprehensive levels of vocabulary and grammar, the oral English test mostly
checks employee’s abilities to verbally express and make contextual conversations. Considering corporate features,
industry’s characteristics  and  employee’s real foreign language levels, we offer the tailor-made training plan for
corporations.

第三步、 设计培训课程。根据分析企业的培训需求及员工外语水平测试的结果,为公司拟定课程,安排相关教师等,
最终制定详细的课程培训方案。

Arranging training courses. Based on the analysis of corporate training needs and results of English level test, we
will design the courses, arrange teachers and make the final detailed training plan  for corporations.

第四步、签定培训协议。为了保证培训课程的顺利开展,我们在正式上课前与企业签订培训协议,并收取一半培训
费用。

Sign the training contract. To ensure that the training courses successfully undergo, we will sign the training contract
with corporations and acquire half of the training fees before the training courses formally start.

第五步、正式实施教学。由培训中心中、外教师实施在规定时间内的教学安排。

Formally implement teaching. Chinese teachers and foreign teachers will train employees in the planned time.

第六步、 跟踪服务。为确保教学质量,我们的管理人员(班主任)会定期到企业做教学 调查,采取各种教学质量管
理措施,及时发现并解决问题。

Service retracing. To ensure teaching quality, administrators (head-teachers) in charge of teaching affairs will often
visit corporations , survey teaching, adopt various managerial measures to improve teaching quality and solve problems
in teaching.

第七步、 结业考试并发放证书。分为口试和笔试两部分。我们根据测试结果进行教学总结,整理出书面结果提供给企业,
并为企业提供下一步的教学计划。

Final test and issue certificates. Final test includes an oral English part and a written part. According to the test results,
we will summarize teaching, give the written report to corporations and supply corporations with future teaching plan.

第八步、 企业外语培训后续服务。通过对企业实际的英、日语学习情况,帮助企业建立长期的员工英、日语学习规划,
并辅以权威的全国公共英语等级和日本语等级的形式实现。

After-training-service. Through researching corporate reality of studying English and Japanese, we will help employees
make a long term plan in studying  English and Japanese, which will be realized by helping them pass the Public English
Test (PETS )and Public Japanese Test.

 

                            五、 主要服务项目

1、培训前对欲参加培训员工的英语水平测试和书面的反馈。

Test the employee’s English Level before training and offer written feedback.

2、培训期间和结束后对参加培训员工的英语水平测试和反馈给公司的书面的报告。

Test the employee’s English Level during training and after training and give written report to corporations.

3、为企业员工提供后续个人英语学习指导。

 Offer employees further guide of English study after training..

4、课程进行期间的教学调查和改进。

Offer teaching survey and amelioration during teaching.

5、我们专职教务人员全程跟班服务。

Full-time teaching assistants serve corporations all training time.

6、课余对学生进行多方面的英语辅导。

 Offer employees more extra-curriculum guide. 

六、师资介绍

Introduction of teachers

郑老师: 长期致力于教育培训第一线工作,是英语教学与教研学术带头人、王牌英语教师之一。

 

◆教育背景

硕士研究生,主修英语和管理,大学讲师,毕业于电子科技大学。

◆英语专业水准及资格

    英语专业八级

词汇量达三万

精于口译笔译

全国等级英语考试口语考官

◆教学履历

    曾就职于广东培正商学院英语教育中心、湛江师范学院、深圳市外国语学校等单位

◆教授课程

  剑桥国际英语教程、英语阅读、英语口语、英语翻译、英语写作与指导、商务英语、全国等级英语考试(三、四级)、
托业英语、全日制新概念班。

◆教学及学术成果

     郑老师具有较高的理论素养与实践经验, 2005参加了美国行政管理协会和中国行政管理协会在成都举办的国际公共
管理会议,2005、2006、2008年参与深圳世界文化博览会外事工作;在国际国内多家刊物上发表管理、教学论文 

数篇,其中两篇被ISTP/ISSHP检索,多篇被引用。

Zheng Hongkui (Ben):

         Master of UESTC and university English teacher, has a commanding of adult English teaching and excels in helping
adults break through oral English. He has taught Business English for many years  and trained many employees in various
corporations.

Foreign teacher:

 Bruce, a Canadian. He graduated from Simon Fraser University with

a BA and obtained a TESOL certificate in Canada. He has been teaching

English in Canada, Japan and China for the past 19 years.
